Competition Terms (UP)

  1. 18+ and Nigerian residents only
  2. Promotion closes at 5pm on the 11th October 2024. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. Purchase of NGN60,000 on www.jacquelagos.com qualifies as an entry
  3. Jacque Signature shall only be liable to cover the daily rates for the stay at Urban Pumpkin. The winner is responsible to personally cover any other ancillary fees, including caution fees, imposed by Urban Pumpkin to guarantee their stay, as well as other personal expenses. In this case, the winner shall be responsible to pay NGN100,000 directly to Urban Pumpkin as a caution fee. This fee shall be fully refundable 24 hours after check out, provided there is no damage to the property.
  4. The winner shall be liable to all house rules that shall be provided by Urban Pumpkin while checking in and will be personally liable to Urban Pumpkin for any damage done to the property during their stay.
  5. Check-in: 2pm and Check-out: 12pm. If the winner overstays check-out time by more than an hour, Urban Pumpkin reserves the right to enter into the apartment and remove any items found there not belonging to Urban Pumpkin and also charge a 100% of full day’s rate. This penalty shall be borne personally by the winner.
  6. The prize is non-transferable nor can be resold and no cash alternative is available. The winner must be one of the occupants of the stay at Urban Pumpkin
  7. By entering into the competition, you consent to receive a varying number of marketing messages via email. The winner will be able to reach out to our team to claim their prize and we will transfer the winner to Urban Pumpkin team to select their preferred stay dates.
  8. Publicity may be given to promotion winners and winners’ names and images may be aired or published on this Website and other website(s) relating to the promotion. Winners must co-operate fully for publicity purposes if so required.
  9. The stay dates at Urban Pumpkin must be between October to November 2024 only.
  10. The determination and decision of the editor of Jacque Signature on all matters shall be final and no promotional correspondence will be entered into. Jacque Signature reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any competitor is contrary to the spirit of the rules; (b) to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on this Website, or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the promotion materially affecting the result of the promotion or the value of claims; (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (d) to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond Jacque Signature’s reasonable control.
